Park a Call

How To Park a Call

• Use the Park feature to allow any other phone in the organization to pickup the call.
  • Press the Park Call button.
    • IMPORTANT: Wait for the phone to display "Call Transferred" before hanging up the phone.
  • From any other phone in the organization, you can press Park 1 or Park 2 (Depending on where it was parked)
    • If you're not sure which one the parked call is in:
    • From any other phone in the organization, press Park Pickup.
    • Select the call you want from the list and press Pickup.
