Email Setup with one of our Web-P## Servers on an iPhone or iPad

Setting up an email account on your iPhone or iPad

• Step 1
  • Tap "Settings"

• Step 2
  • Scroll down and tap "Mail, Contacts, Calendar"

• Step 3
  • Tap "Add Account"

• Step 4
  • Select “Other”

• Step 5
  • Select "Add Mail Account" and enter the required information:
    • Name: Enter your name, this will appear as the sender name.
    • Email: Your full email address.
    • Password: The password for your email address.
    • Description: You can put any description but putting email address is the easiest.
  • When you have finished filling in our information click "Next"

• Step 6
  • Highlight "POP" at the top
  • *The Name, Address, and Description fields should already be filled in but ensure they are correct.*

• Step 7
  • Enter your information for both the Incoming Mail Server and Outgoing Mail Server:
    • Host Name: mail.boltonsmith.com
    • User Name: Your full email address
    • Password: The password for your email
