On January 14, 2020 Microsoft is removing support for Windows 7. BoltonSmith vDesk customers who are using Windows 7 will remain secure and we will be reaching out shortly with a migration plan to upgrade users to Windows 10.

Last week we had our first major outage in years. Our techs responded quickly and got systems up and running, but importantly, they were able to communicate live updates to subscribed customers through BoltonSmith's SMS alert system.
