Experiencing PCLaw Issues
If you are experiencing issues with PCLaw:
- Make sure you have screenshots of the problem or error codes (if available) OR be able to replicate the error when prompted.
- Contact PCLaw - 1 (800) 387-9785 or support@pclaw.com.
- Provide them with the name of the law firm, the user having problems, and the issue. If possible, give them your PC Law serial number.
- If you need BoltonSmith's help to facilitate this conversation, we are happy to arrange the call. Open a ticket with support@boltonsmith.com. Provide us with dates/times you're available and your best contact information.
- For your call with PCLaw, they will remote in to see the issue.
- You must be available to log in and replicate the error.
- You must be on the call the entire time.
- PC Law will investigate the issue and will update you on the appropriate next steps.
