Phishing scams are dangerous, don’t take the bait! Remember the following tips and tricks:
- DO NOT open something you weren’t expecting
- DO NOT open .zip files
- DO NOT email banking information
- DO NOT use email as a method of authorizing payments to vendors
- DO NOT approve payroll changes or updates by email
- DO NOT purchase gift cards based off email instructions
